Empirical Path consultants launched an advertising effectiveness reporting system for brand advertisers using a top online advertising network. Identified the most useful and accessible ad effectiveness metrics, including cost per lead and conversion rate, and reportable segments, including user geography and placement context. Designed a user interface that showed each metric against each segment on one page. Detailed the format for presentation of results in tabular and chart formats. Established the work flow for account service staff to request and distribute reports to clients.
